Daily Focus Ritual

About this small site

Daily Focus Ritual is run by one person — Ádám Déri, from a desk in Budapest, usually after 9pm, usually with headphones on.

Why it exists

The problem
My own focus was a mess: 47 open tabs, a phone that kept migrating back into my hand, and evenings that disappeared into "I'll start at the top of the hour." What finally helped wasn't discipline — it was structure: a cue, a steady sound, a single task.
What you'll find
A free 5-minute reset guide, free browser tools (a sound mixer and a focus timer), daily short videos about calmer work, and the 40 Hz Focus Kit — eight audio tracks I composed and rendered myself with my own software.
The promise
Straight talk, always. Research on gamma-frequency audio is early and mixed, and this site will tell you so on every page where it matters. Nothing here is medical advice, nothing promises a miracle, and the free things are genuinely useful on their own.
How it's funded
Two ways, both disclosed: the €15 Focus Kit (sold via Gumroad), and a small number of affiliate links that are always labelled. No sponsored posts pretending to be opinions.
